Hang – hang from ceiling with a piece of clear tape.

Tear away – when you’re all done, carefully tear the wax paper away leaving just the banner.

I suggest alternating tones of blue as well.

Sew – slowly stitch raindrops onto wax paper, allowing long leads between each paper raindrop and a long lead before the first raindrop.

Stitch set-up – cut strips of wax paper.

Use it as a template to cut raindrops from the different tones of blue paper.

Make a template – cut a raindrop shape from the piece of white paper.
